All our equipment is operated only by certified, skilled and competent operators. The company has its own modern fleet of plant and machinery.

The activities on a construction site are changing constantly across daily tasks as well as phases of work, and include a potentially hazardous combination of moving objects, construction vehicles, lifting equipment, heavy loads and uneven terrain.
All employees are members of the safe pass scheme, which requires them to hold a safe pass card. The company safety Statement is issued to all employees. Our Safety Statement is available to view and download below.

T&A are commited to delivering quality services to our clients. In 2021 we embarked on the process of aligning our own quality management system with the provisions set out in the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
We were delighted that in May 2022, the NSAI certified that T&A’s Quality Management System is compliant with the ISO 9001 standard in respect of the provision of civil engineering and building services.
