T&A Civil Engineering and Building Contractors are an Irish owned family business operating in the Civil Engineering, Building and Project Management sector for over 20 years having been established in 2002. T&A offer a comprehensive range of quality building services across Munster. T&A’s registered office is located in Ballynoe, Co. Cork with the organisation’s head office based in Conna, four miles from the Cork, Waterford border, conveniently located to cover all areas of the southern province.
T&A have a commited workforce of over 20 employees, while also utilising a trusted cohort of subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure that all T&A’s services meet client demands as well as our own high expectations. T&A are experts as Groundwork Sub-Contractors and are also specialists in the delivery of turnkey houses, commercial units and school buildings.
T&A’s competitive advantage in this area is created through our longevity in the sector, our experienced team and our portfolio of modern machinery, which has enabled us to become one of the leading Groundwork providers in Munster. Founder and Manging Director of T&A, Tom O’Donnell takes responsibility for the overall delivery of all T&A’s projects, pioneering the organisation’s commitment to delivering quality services to our clients.
As T&A marked our 20th year in business, we were nominated for Sub-Contractor of the Year at the Irish Construction Industry Awards. T&A were also recognised at the Irish Construction Excellence Awards for our work on the Blackwater Distillery and most recently were acknowledged as one of the top three Family Businesses in Cork at the Cork Business Awards. Being recognised as one of the standout organisations in each of these categories has filled the company with immense pride.
As well as enjoying such recognition, T&A have also had many more recent achievements. The National Standards Association of Ireland accredited our Civil Engineering and Building Services with the ISO 9001 standard. While we have continued to ensure that we adhere to the most stringent Health and Safety standards, achieving the Safe-T-Cert for the 5th consecutive year.
